Meet Our Founder
KELLY SWINDLER
Kelly Swindler, BCBA, M.S. is the founder of ASK Consultation & Support. With decades of experience in applied behavior analysis and seven years teaching in a special education classroom, Kelly brings both expertise and compassion to her work. Her passion has always been to help students and families navigate their unique challenges through personalized support—whether it’s one-on-one therapy, parent and nanny coaching, educational and behavioral consultation, or IEP review. Kelly believes every family is unique, and her approach centers on open communication, clear goals, and building meaningful relationships that last.
Why “ASK”?
The name A.S.K. carries deep personal meaning. Kelly chose it to honor the memory of her grandmother, Sandy, and her cousin, Amanda—two women whose careers in social work and occupational therapy inspired her to pursue her own calling in special education. The acronym also reflects the organization’s mission: Advocacy, Support, and Knowledge—the three pillars that guide every partnership with families and schools.
